About Sarah Tancell

Sarah is the founder of Sarah Tancell Neurodiversity Consultancy and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD – She has been working in HR for over 20 years, is a qualified Life and Career Coach and has supported hundreds of professionals throughout her career. Sarah also holds a Diploma in Neurodiversity awareness, support and special educational needs and believes her combination of qualifications and experience allows her to provide best in class programmes and support to her clients.
Sarah’s experience ranges from running her own HR consultancy to holding Senior Exec HR roles and is an expert at designing transformational and engaging people programmes. She has helped organisations achieve Times Top 100 ‘Ones to Watch Status” and Investor in People Accreditations and in her most recent role as International HR Director for a London based tech firm, Sarah was responsible for coaching senior leaders and implementing a global neurodiversity programme for over 11,000 employees.
Sarah herself is triple neurodivergent so has firsthand experience of navigating the complexities of a neurotypical workplace where it often felt like there was no one else like her.

Sarah often works with a team of expert consultants including neurodivergent individuals, who have extensive experience working with organisations of all sizes and across various industries, providing tailored solutions to meet the individual client needs.
A true believer in practicing what she preaches – In order to be successful, Sarah has a team who support her with her neurodivergent challenges – this includes the services of a PA, Marketing, Administration, Finance and Operations – this allows her to focus on what she does best – Consultancy.
