I searched everywhere for help, I tried a couple of counselling sessions but that wasn’t what I needed. I needed talking but with some more practical elements. During the initial consultation I knew straight away Sarah was what I needed. I felt like we just clicked. She affirmed how I was feeling but didn’t pity me. I needed some sympathy but structure and vision to know I could move forward. My advise to anyone considering the programme would be not to think about it and just do it! What I loved too was that at no point did I feel like I was one of a conveyor belt of your clients- you flexed and moulded the programme for me based on what I needed and where I was. I can’t thank you enough!
